At Neos Marmaras we have created our family run "Haus Alexia" complex, a modern complex with rooms for rental. All rooms have been equipped with TV, air-conditioning (A/C), fridge, toilet/shower and balcony where you can drink your coffee while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Kassandra and the island of Kelyfos. The complex has shared fully equipped kitchen facilities and dining room for use by all guests. Breakfast is served on request. The complex is located 300m from the centre of the village, which has plenty of shops, cafes, bars, pizza restaurants, a post office, police station, doctor’s surgery etc. The sea is 70m from the complex and Paradisos beach with its golden sands a mere 250 – 300m off.
